Valerie is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Career Networks Institute in Costa Mesa. After graduating in 2008, Valerie went on to work in several wellness centers and spas. In addition, she has worked at a variety of spas and chiropractic clinics in California and Hawaii, gaining additional experience in medical and Thai massage styles. Valerie is well-versed in several medical massage modalities including reflexology, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy therapy, and neuromuscular therapy. In addition, Valerie is highly experienced in Swedish, Deep Tissue, prenatal, and Sports massage.

Licensed massage therapist Marina has a passion for helping her clients achieve a state of deep relaxation through therapeutic whole-body massage. She graduated from the Mountain Heart School of Bodywork where she mastered a number of modalities, including neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, Swedish, sports, and deep tissue massage, among many other styles. Marina blends the most effective techniques to provide each client with a custom session every time.

Licensed massage therapist James has over fifteen years of experience providing his clients with therapeutic massage. He graduated from the HI Massage Academy in 2001, and has since worked for a variety of spas and clinics while running his own massage business. Skilled in lymphatic drainage, Shiatsu, sports, and medical massage, among many other modalities, James blends the most effective techniques to provide every client with a custom session designed to meet individual needs and preferences.
