About Veneers
Dental veneers can recover a single tooth or an entire mouthful of teeth. While both porcelain and composite veneers are typically created in a laboratory, composite resins can also be crafted during a single visit to the dentist's office by a specialized machine.
Your natural teeth will be reshaped during the veneering process in order to make room for the coverings. Between 0.3 and 0.5 millimeters of enamel, the outermost layer of the tooth, will be removed to allow the attachment of veneers.
Veneers are one of the most conservative cosmetic treatments for teeth - treated teeth stay largely intact.
