About Amrit Yoga
Amrit yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice all in one. Amrit yoga was developed by Amrit Desai, the same yogi responsible for Kripalu yoga. Inspired by Kripalu, the Amrit Method acknowledges that all students have their own physical limitations.
Amrit encourages students to recognize the limits of their body while working through a gentle flow of hatha poses. Students are encouraged to achieve what Amrit yogis call "meditation in motion" - a physical flow and an inner peace.
