What will the therapists bring for the chair massage event?

The therapists will each provide a massage chair, disposable face cradle covers, hand sanitizer, music, lotion, and a timer to keep track of timing for each individual chair massage. They will arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up to ensure your event will begin at the scheduled time. If any additional equipment or setup is needed, please include notes in the 'Special Instructions' section while entering your request so we may ensure the therapist(s) confirmed will be able to accommodate.

Can Zeel provide on-site table massages for employees?

Yes, we’ve provided table massages for many employers. For corporate table massages, each massage is typically 30 minutes, and employees remain clothed on the table.

How do I pay for the chair massage event?

If you book online, you will add a credit card which will be charged after the event is completed. For recurring chair massage events, we can also charge by credit card, ACH, or can invoice your company for prompt payment

Can I use my company’s “wellness dollars” from my company’s insurance broker for chair massages?

Yes, Zeel is an approved vendor for wellness dollars! Many companies book with a company credit card to reserve the event and then can be reimbursed directly from their insurance broker. We are happy to supply an advance invoice, if needed so that payments can be processed promptly after your event.

Do the massage therapists need breaks?

For events 3 hours or less, there are no scheduled break for the massage therapists. Therapists are given one paid break for any events more than 3 hours, and two breaks for any events that are 5 hours or more. For full-day events (7 or more hours), it's typical to give providers a 30 minute lunch midway through the event.
