The Lorna Jane Rescue Smoothie
1 cup of frozen pineapple
1 cup of coconut water
½ cup of Greek yoghurt
8 fresh mint leaves
In a blender, combine the pineapple, coconut water, yoghurt, and mint leaves until smooth. Pour into your favorite mason jar and garnish with mint.
Tip(s): you can use fresh coconut water if you want to be extra fancy. Go nuts and swap out frozen fruits to your taste. The fruity sky is the limit!
