Zeel Wednesday Wellness is a weekly noontime session when you can take a pause, refresh your body and mind, and take on the rest of your week with gusto. We’ll bring you a different type of practice each week, so you’ll always have something fresh to look forward to.
About The Instructor
Brittany Watts is a NASM certified Personal trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach. Brittany was introduced to the importance of physical activity early in life as a dancer. She studied ballet, tap, jazz, modern and African dance. In high school she was a track and field athlete as a sprinter and high jumper. She graduated from NYU with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in French. She is also certified in Pre/Post Natal, MMA conditioning and Vitality, Performance, Reconditioning (ViPR).
