This mineral helps our cells conduct electricity—especially critical for muscles and nerves—and keeps our blood pressure low and our bones strong.

I read that potassium helps with stomach bloat. is this true? If so, how much would you recommend I take?

I have never read any research to support this fact. If you are experiencing constant bloat you should take a hard look at your diet and see if there are trends with any foods you eat that are contributing to your bloat. From there, I would suggest you see your internist or a gastroenterologist for a consultation to get to the root of the problem.
