When is the best time of the day to go to gym and work out?

The best time of day to workout is when you have the time! Morning workouts are great because you get them done first thing. Evening workouts are great because you don't have to get up earlier in the morning. It's a personal choice.

The best time to work out is in the morning. Working out in the morning helps to boost your metabolism. But not everybody has the time to work out in the morning. So if your schedule does not permit you to work out in the morning, whenever you can get to the gym is the best time to work out. Getting to the gym is the most important part.
