Average MT pay per hour: MTs make 70 percent of what Zeel charges, averaging $75 to $80 for a 60-minute massage, and $50 per hour for Zeel@Work. Average number of hours per week worked by an MT: As independent contractors, therapists work at will. There is no schedule requirement, with therapists taking as little or as much work as they wish. Are MTs paid for every hour they are at work, or only for time spent massaging?
