Dr. Mark Kemenosh offers chiropractic adjustments, biomechanical video analysis and kinesiotaping, helping everyone from amateur athletes to elite professionals since establishing his chiropractic practice in 1981.
Dr. Kemenosh founded Glen Oaks Health and Spine in Laurel Springs, N.J. to help clients improve their energy, vitality and overall well-being. A Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified junior coach and medical professional, he uses Selective Functional Movement Assessment to help individuals increase performance, strength, agility and balance.
While this focused assessment was originally developed to work with professional golfers, SFMA has proven to assist a variety of athletes, from football and baseball to hockey, lacrosse, basketball, gymnastics and surfing. Consequently, top athletes from the region, including those who hail from Penn State, Rutgers, Temple and nearby high schools, are frequent visitors to Glen Oaks Health and Spine, where Dr. Kemenosh helps them to address needs for injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
Athletes aren't the only ones who benefit from Dr. Kemenosh's extensive education either. Beyond sports enthusiasts and weekend warriors, he also works with clients of all ages—infants, children and seniors alike—and especially encourages chiropractic care for women throughout their pregnancy. As he explains, chiropractic services can help to relieve the stress of childbirth.
