Massage Therapist "LMT, NCTMB"
Savannah native Rose Murray is deeply committed to helping her clients manage and prevent pain and stress.
A state licensed and nationally certified massage therapist based in Savannah, Ga., Rose offers both in-studio and outcall services, and has also worked in a spa setting. At Pure Bliss Massage, clients have come to expect professional, high quality service through a combination of Swedish, hot stone and medical massage as well as deep tissue work and lymphatic drainage.
Thanks to the range of her skills, clients of Rose span several generations, from 20-year-olds seeking an hour-long vacation from the work place to 60-year-olds coping with the symptoms of arthritis and fibromyalgia to anyone recovering from surgery. Regardless of the client's desires, her ultimate goal is to instill them with a sense of improved health and well-being." I chose massage therapy because it is a profession where you can help people back to wellness," Rose says.
What to Expect
Personalized service. "Sessions are geared towards the client's needs and requests," says Rose. In a typical session, Rose asks the client to fill out a brief health intake form. After reviewing her client's goals, they are positioned on the table for the duration of their massage.
During a deep tissue massage, muscles are lengthened or shorted depending on the client's requirements. Swedish massage techniques are utilized for the remainder of the session in order to enhance relaxation and wellness.
