Acupuncturist "LAc, MSAOM"
A nationally certified practitioner, George Mandler couples his thriving acupuncture and nutrition practice with a teaching position on the New England School of Acupuncture's faculty.
Leaving a technology-oriented career behind (because technology “isn’t improving our lives or making us healthier”), George now shares his knowledge of acupuncture, functional nutrition and Chinese herbal medicine with the greater Boston area. He incorporates a multidisciplinary approach to patient-centered wellness and recommends the therapies that he deems most appropriate for their long-term well-being.
George’s programs utilize a blend of Chinese medicine, Western functional medicine and individualized dietary strategies. He wholeheartedly believes that dietary habits are paramount to the improvement of one's health, and says that, if the diet is less than ideal, the treatment may not be as effective.
George practices a typically painless Japanese style of acupuncture, which he learned while studying under the internationally known Sensei Kiiko Matsumoto. Ultimately, at the outcome of a session, clients describe feeling lighter, more energetic and healthier in both body and mind.
