In practice for more than 25 years, Rachel Rose is dedicated to helping all of her clients feel great in their bodies and even better about themselves. "I want to always inspire my clients to do their best in every aspect of their lives—to honor themselves and take care of themselves first—so they can then help others," she says.
Rachel grew up in Passaic, N.J., where she recalls being taught excellent values and to honor each person for their unique attributes from an early age. Now working in Boca Raton and Miami, she says that clients can sense her amiable nature, many who feel comfortable sharing their innermost feelings and emotions while she provides emotional release work. "I have a good ear and listen to what people are going through in their lives in a non-judgmental way," she says.
A graduate of Educating Hands in Miami, Fla., Rachel has worked among top spas and resorts throughout the country, from Carlsbad's La Costa Spa to the Polo Club in Boca. Her wide range of experiences make her fit to work with a variety of clients, using several techniques to align the body while relaxing the person from head to toe.
Being able to help her clients achieve an enhanced sense of self, some who have been returning for as many as 17, 18 and 19 years, brings Rachel joy to see. "I love helping people feel good in their body, mind and spirit," she says. "I like to know I have made a difference in someone else's life."
