Thomas Terrell has more than a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer, a black belt, and a team of fitness instructors he oversees. For his clients, many of whom are law and finance professionals, this means they always get a hell of a workout.

Thomas, who is originally from South Carolina, is certified in kettle bells instruction and is a functional movement screening coach. He has also developed unique training systems that incorporate body-building and dynamic functional movement that give his clients the changes they seek.
What to Expect
Sessions vary depending on client needs and may target any of the following: strength and endurance training with resistance, balance and flexibility, cardio drills, plyometric training, core training, speed and agility, movement assessments and corrective exercises.
