An expert massage therapist and a die-hard Raiders Fan, Mark is a self-proclaimed jet-setter who travels the world in search of native massage techniques—shiatsu and acupressure in Japan, Thai massage in Thailand and Lomi Lomi in Hawaii.
There are myriad reasons to get a massage, begins Mark in describing how he motivates clients. Regular bodywork doesn't just reduce chronic pain like low back aches and joint disorders; it also soothes infants, promotes digestion, decreases fatigue and calms aggressive behaviors while improving overall health and wellness.
Central to the success of his work, Mark encourages his clients to engage in self-care techniques to both eliminate pain and maintain the results of a session. Lasting wellness begins with proper stretching, nutrition and molecular hydration, each which is important to a person's quality of life.
Mark is a nationally certified massage therapist and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals organization. Throughout his career, he has completed advanced training by collaborating with chiropractic establishments and health care facilities in the area, giving him a unique insight into a variety of disabilities and medical conditions—and the most effective ways to treat them.
