With a lifelong dedication to fitness and health, Andrea has lead a successful career in personal training, marked by a need to learn and perfect her ability to perform every new fitness craze. Andrea holds a BS in exercise science from DePaul University in Chicago, Ill. She is a national fitness presenter and a motivational speaker, and has a series of fitness videos called PainFree, Pt-2-Go, and three new videos geared toward aging Americans staying active called Keeping Fit Cardio, Pilates, and Strength. Her book Naked Fitness hit shelves in the winter of 2010 and became widely accepted as the new way to use everyday functions like walking and eating to build confidence.
Andrea's inspiring and approachable personality has helped her to build a reputation as a nationally recognized fitness authority. She is a regular on NBC'sToday and Better TV, and has developed an extensive fan base, a loyal readership and a number of clients who attend her jam-packed classes.
