What's best to do if I only have 10 to 15 minutes at home to workout?

James Weaver (Milford, CT) on Oct 20, 2011
The best thing to do if you only have 10 or 15 minutes to work out at home is to do push-ups and crunches. These two exercises work the entire body. Don't forget to stretch!
Ashley Pettit (Chicago, IL) on Oct 20, 2011
Quick burst movements like: 1 minute of jumping rope, 1 minute of stationary squat thrusts, 1 minute of walking lunges, 1 minute of high squat jumps, 1 minute of burpees, 1 minute of high knees, 1 minute of mountain climbers, 1 minute of jumping jacks

Work your core using front planks, side planks down dogs for stretch and transitions and all their multiitude of variations. Even pushups, table tops and supermans for back. If you have the time a quick hand stand and forearm stand for inversion. Take a moment for savasana to let benefits sink in deep.

Pushups, situps and an aerobic exercise like running or jumping rope are great to do when time is short.
