Tips for Surviving New York Fashion Week, From Zeel

Welcome to New York City, fashionistas!  Zeel was founded in NYC back in 2010, so we like to think of ourselves as native New Yorkers. So let us give you some tips for surviving New York Fashion Week this year.

Bring a phone charger. Your iPhone is going to be under a lot of stress this week, and if your phone is anything like ours, it gobbles power as if it were candy, or half-price Louboutins. Yes, we do want to see your Instagram photos. (If you want to see ours, they’re right here.

Plan transportation ahead of time.  Always a challenge in New York City, with difficulty doubled when you’re rocking a pair of five-inch stilettos and a mint-green fake fur vest. Taxis abound, or, if you prefer, book an Uber or Lyft (another reason to keep your phone charged). If you’re taking the subway, check mta.info to make sure the MTA has no surprises in store for you.

Flats. We know you look great in heels and you walk in them like you’re Gisele on the runway, but wear flats or sneakers here and there. Your feet will thank you.

Massage.
