The San Francisco Marathon (and other races) is this Sunday, July 26. On that day, 25,000 runners will run through the streets of San Francisco and across the Golden Gate Bridge. Zeel is an official partner of the San Francisco Marathon, which means that Zeel Massage Therapists are on the route to take care of all your midrace or postrace needs.
Massage is a terrific idea for runners – it can reduce or prevent the appearance of DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) as well as plantar fasciitis, a common foot injury.
Race events include a 5K, two half-marathons, the full marathon and a double marathon that begins at midnight (!) While most of these races are sold out, there are still spots open in the 5K if you hurry.
Here’s where to find Zeel on race day:
Justin Herman Plaza (3:30 am – 12:30 pm)
Sens Restaurant (8 am – 11 am)
VIP at Market Bar (7:30 am – 1 pm)
Good luck, and we’ll see you at the marathon!
