Here, suggestions to get you started from experts:<\/p>\n<h2>You just went through a break-up: \u201cOne space opens, another closes\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Messy, seamless, drawn-out or surprising &#8211; \u00a0no matter which word you\u2019d choose to describe your breakup, it\u2019s always an experience that hurts your heart. Once you\u2019re past the first agonizing weeks and in a space where you can process the rise and demise of your relationship, Dr. Anderson suggests focusing on what\u2019s to come instead of what happened in the past. \u201cUse this mantra to make space for love to come again and know that it will,\u201d Dr. Anderson says.<\/p>\n<h2>You\u2019re stressed about your career: &#8220;I will reach my goal&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019re not quite where you thought you\u2019d be career-wise (especially as your friends zoom ahead in their careers), it\u2019s easy to fall into a work rut. When these months rear their ugly heads, Hakim says it\u2019s important to strive for compassion and empathy. \u201cRemember that your partner may have completely different expectations for how you should act in the relationship. Nobody is ever 100 percent right. But, it\u2019s better to be happy than right so remind yourself to let it go. First and foremost, remember no one has all of the answers, so any act of comparison is a waste of your time. And secondly?
