Is Ultherapy good for the eye area?
Carlo Honrado (Los Angeles, CA) on Nov 21, 2011
Thank you for taking the time to ask a question. The Ulthera treatment can be performed in the periorbital (or around the eye) area but it cannot be performed on the eyelids themselves. The skin of the upper and lower lid is very thin (about 1 mm thick). The shallowest treatment Ulthera can do is 3 mm. However, we can routinely treat the area above the brow to lift the brow, and in the crow's feet region (where Botox is commonly injected) as well as the bony area just below the lower lids.
