Can a non-physician offer injectable treatments for spider veins?

That varies by state law. In my state of Nevada, the answer is yes. However, I think it should be restricted to physicians, physicians assistants and registered nurses (if a physician is present on-site for immediate help, if needed.) At our office, only I and my associate dermatologist perform injections of spider veins. I recommend seeing a dermatologist for this.
