Massage Therapist "LMT"
“I am totally motivated by the relief and pleasure I bring to my clients,” says Paul Jones, a licensed massage therapist in Amherst, N.Y. “There is no better feeling than knowing your client is leaving relaxed, refreshed and in less pain.”
In practice since 2010, Paul sees clients of all ages including older adults who suffer muscle and joint dysfunction. He specializes in shoulder injuries and provides active isolated stretching, post-isometric relaxation and treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome. He also offers a 30-minute “golfer’s routine” designed for those getting ready for a day on the links.
With a background in global travel systems, and a bachelor’s degree in geography, Paul went on to complete his bodywork training at the NY Institute of Massage. He continues his education by routinely learning new shoulder and stretching exercises.
Paul is a U.S. Army veteran and participates in the “Hands for Heroes” program. In doing so, he provides free massages to returning military members.
