What are the best exercises for shoulder tendinitis?
It hurts in the inner back part of my shoulder whenever I throw a ball or swing a racket for a 20 or 30 minutes.

Sounds like this should be looked at by someone in person. You may have bursitis or rotator cuff tendonitis and probably some impingement syndrome. It is also possible that your scapular stabilizers are strained.
If the problem is acute and bothers you even when you are not playing then you should get it checked out by a physical therapist asap. If it only bothers you when you overuse it, than you may be able to go to a talented Pilates instructor who can help you use the muscles in your upper body in a more balanced way.
In the meantime, icing it to reduce the inflammation may help the recovery time.
